Local communities play a key role in preventing and reducing the harm related to substance use as acknowledged in British Columbia's strategy to address such harm.

CARBC is committed to helping local communities maximize their potential. This toolkit supports local community agencies and individuals by providing online access to relevant, useful and current information.

Please note that this list is not exhaustive. Further resources are available in our SILINK Library. We will continue to add resources to this toolkit, and we encourage local community workers and volunteers to submit suggestions of topics or resources to add in order to make the toolkit more helpful.
